Ingredients
1 cup dried apples (chopped)
½ cup dates (chopped)
1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon water (enough to make desired consistency)
1 cup walnuts (soaked for 1 hour)
Recipe Directions
1. Throw the first 4 ingredients in a food processor and mix.
2. Add water tablespoon by tablespoon until you get a really sticky consistency.
3. Add walnuts and mix into a thick paste. Spoon and try not to eat all before rolling.

Wow - these are SO YUMMY! I'm a "cinnaholic" so these were perfect for me - and I also absolutely LOVE walnuts. I didn't have coconut oil so I used extra light olive oil (for less olivey flavor) and it worked fine. I will definitely be making these again! Thanks for sharing!
