Peel kiwis and pineapple(duh). For spinach, I stuff two large handfuls in there till the blender is packed.(Blend-tech) I will run it once with all ingredients, then run it again with the ice as I like my smoothies on the cold side. Enjoy poolside on a sunny Saturday morning!!

By geespeen I found some super delicious organic “golden” kiwis the other day and they are sooo good.. Totally different from green, they were awesome in this smoothie I came up with..If you can find em—grab em’! I teamed them up with some of my favorite gold and green items to make this delicious smoothie.
