JNND's Thoughts

Mildly sweet and satisfying green smoothie. Excellent way to start the day. This smoothie got me through 4 hours of class…including a really dull physiology lecture about the renal system. If it can do that, I am sure it will be a great addition to anyone’s day.

Some protein powders are raw. I used Hemp Protein Powder from Manitoba Harvest, and it is cold-milled. Not sure about Vanilla Brown Rice Protein Powder, though.
Sounds good!

Nutribiotic Brown Rice Protein is processed using enzymes (not heated) and is considered raw.
