Ingredients
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
½ cup cashews
½ cup water
¼ cup olive, walnut, or other oil
½ cup red onions, chopped
½ cup dill pickle, chopped
pinch of salt, onion powder, garlic powder (or fresh finely chopped garlic)
½ cup sundried tomatoes soaked
pinch cayenne pepper
Recipe Directions
Blend everything together except for the onions and pickle- to add once mixed.
Water down a little if you like it thinner. (With water or almond milk)
Serve on fresh spring mix, with cucumbers, tomatoes, green onion, etc. Top with some sunflower seeds, black olives- etc.
