Few cups of applesauce

4 apples (peeled, cored, chopped)
1 lemon (juiced)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon agave (or a couple of pitted dates)
Recipe Directions
1. Whirl all ingredients together in your blender. If you have a high power blender, it makes a very smooth sauce.

Sometimes when I make raw applesauce, I add some freshly ground ginger root with the cinnamon for the extra kick. Thank you for the recipe:-)
