2 cup organic green leaf lettuce, chopped well
5 sprigs organic asparagus, diced
2 stalks organic celery, diced
¼ cup raw macadamia nuts, chopped finely
1 tablespoon cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil
course sun-dried sea salt, to taste
Recipe Directions
put greens, asparagus, celery, and chopped macadamias in a bowl. add oil and salt, toss with hands and enjoy!
